There is a pet fee for 1 dog (we do not accept more than 1 dog). No cats or no pit bulls allowed.
A wonderful 2-level ocean front townhome located on McKinley Ave in Dewey Beach. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise on your open deck. The open-concept main level overlooking the ocean offers a spacious living room, recently renovated kitchen with granite counters and eat-in bar, separate dining area, and a half bath. You can also relax on the screened-in porch directly off of the ocean front master bedroom with a new king bed allowing you to fall asleep comfortably listening to the waves. There is also day-bed in the master that converts to a another king bed.
The townhouse has a total of 3 bedrooms with 1 full bath upstairs, a half bath on the main level, and a full private outdoor shower in the laundry room off the back deck. The two additional bedrooms are also located on the 2nd level and are separated by an accordion door with 2 twins on one side and a bunk bed on the other. Note most guest leave the accordian door open for more space as the rooms become fairly tight when the accordian door is closed to create a wall. Unit includes a washer and dryer which is located in an enclosed room on rear deck. There is 1 unit specific parking space at the unit and a Dewey Beach parking tag for 1 car that can be used on any street.
The simple design and location of our place is guaranteed to relax and de-stress you from the cares of your other life. There is nothing like the sound and sight of the ocean or a long walk on the beach to remind you life is meant to be simple. Our unit has direct access to the walkway over the dune - there isn't even a need for shoes! For excitement, the bars and restaurants of Dewey are mere steps away or take the Jolly Trolley to Rehoboth shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk.
Please note you must bring your own linens and towels. As a courtesy, we have provided beach chairs and beach toys as well as a pack n play and high chair however as these are used by our renters - we can not guarantee their availability or condition upon your arrival.
A note from the owner: Our goal is to provide a warm and relaxing getaway at the beach. Please note that the unit is 1000 sq ft and while we do in fact have room to sleep 8 people, its possible depending on your needs that 8 adults would likely feel a bit crowded. We are also located in a family friendly complex which is not conducive to wild parties. Please keep these thoughts in mind when considering our place for your next adventure. We look forward to having you as our guests! Also for unrelated groups over 6 there is an extra charge per person that will be added to your quote.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay at this property. You can't beat the location, right in the heart of Dewey Beach. Can walk right out & be on the beach, fabulous view from our unit. Appreciate the availability of chairs and boogie boards, even though we did not use them this trip . Loved the screened in porch off the master! Well lit outside for night time coming and going. Would highly recommend!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. So grateful to be able to check in early as we had an event that afternoon. Thanks! It was spotless when we arrived. King bedroom and bathroom are on second level and very nice - the screened balcony perfect. We were able to keep the door open at night to listen to the waves. Just be aware if you have kids or dogs the stairs are open but carpeted to make it easier. The kitchen was well appointed and the half bath on main level and laundry were convenient. The included beach accessories were a nice touch. The furniture was comfortable and the tvs were easy to use and set up with our Roku. Our dog has sensitive feet so boots were helpful in the blue stone parking lot. In October the sand burrs are plentiful so boots helped prevent painful burrs in her paws too. This was our first time booking a unit that didn’t include linens and towels - it worked out very well for us. Brought nice sheets, bath towels, hand towels and a bath mat - it was so much better than the awful linens we’ve had elsewhere. We had a plastic tote to take laundry home. We have already recommended it to friends and hope to return soon! Loved it!
